IsList::check() - do we have a valid PHP list?
use GanbaroDigital\MissingBits\TypeChecks\IsList;
bool IsList::check(mixed $list);Parameters
IsList::check() takes one parameter:
mixed $list- the value to inspect
Return Value
IsList::check() returns a boolean:

Throws
